Order confirmation and processing

Please verify all data in the Checkout page that contains all the information on your order. Then press the confirm. You can go back and change/correct some things, if necessary. Do not forget to press Submit order below. NOTE! Please do not refresh the page after pressing the ORDER CONFIRMATION. Your order will be carried out twice. We can accept only 1 order from 1 person at a time. We provide our customers with special offers, seasonal discounts (5% and 15% of the regular price). Contact our customer service for more details. We will notify you on each stage of elaboration (pending/approved/rejected/dispatched/returned) via e-mail of the order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact our customer service via the contact us form.

After you place an order these will be suspended. In some cases, order processing can take up to 72 hours in order to prevent fraudulent orders, and any errors in the information of your order. The credit card will be charged only after the order has been confirmed and approved by our department.

IMPORTANT! In some cases, the amount charged the actual may differ from the total amount due to the transaction fee to customs. Please pay attention before making an order. You may be charged the amount of the foreign transaction regardless of the payment type (credit, debit, prepaid, gift, etc).

IMPORTANT! The delivery time is approximate and not guaranteed due to unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, weather conditions, holidays, blocks, geopolitical, Country of transit and destination) and other events that may interfere in the case of a delivery address incorrect.

Please note that your order may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail in order to track your order when it reaches the country of destination. If you do not receive an e-mail with a tracking ID within 5 working days, please contact our customer service department using the contact us form. If the previous order is not delivered for any reason, we will not be able to issue a new one. If you reached the deadline and have not yet received your order, please do not enter a new one. Contact our customer support service that will return the previous order for free.

If it is not possible to track your order, please contact our customer support team using the Contact us form or by phone. Tracking information may be temporarily not available, sometimes the Tracking ID starts working as soon as the package reaches the country of destination.

Some of the packages sent in the USA, Australia, Germany, Canada, Austria, may submit only the status "order shipped" or "order shipped" and "the order has reached the destination country".

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure that you have entered a correct shipping address in the Checkout page and recheck the information before submitting the order.

Don't forget to enter all the essential information in the field of the address including the suite number, so that your package can reach you in time.

IMPORTANT! We do not ship to all offices/companies. These shipping addresses must be changed with a residential or post office box. If no one is available to receive the order, it will be sent to a post office where you can pick up later.

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team using the Contact us form or by phone and provide us with the reason for the cancellation. You can cancel your order within 24 hours from placing. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your order is declined, please try to contact our customer service before placing a new order.


We are sorry, but we do not accept all returns. If you received the wrong product or the package was damaged, please contact our customer service using the Contact us form or phone our highly trained support Team will find the best solution for your case.

Refund and re-shipment

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, or you have not received for any reason, please immediately contact our customer support team using the Contact us form or by phone. We will offer you the most convenient solution to your problem.

We will issue a refund or reship your order free of charge if:

  1. The cancellation request is made before the shipment.
  2. The product you selected is temporarily unavailable.
  3. The method of delivery is temporarily not available.
  4. The delivered products are damaged or incorrect, for example, pills routes (you will be asked to provide a photo).
  5. The product is not that required (and will request a photo).
  6. The product has not arrived in the expected time.
  7. The sender has sent the product to the wrong address

IMPORTANT! We issue a refund in cases where the parcel has not been delivered within a delivery time specified after return.

We will either resend only the missing items of the order in cases where delivery has taken place only partially (not all the products arrived within the delivery time specified). A photo of the package and the product must be provided.

We do NOT, we will issue a refund or reship your order when:

  1. You request to cancel the order was sent after the expedition.
  2. The shipping address incorrect has been provided by the client who has caused the non-delivery.
  3. The customer did not withdraw the order and it was sent to the sender.
  4. The order was placed more than 6 months before the request for a refund/reshipment.

IMPORTANT! Your refund takes about 7-14 working days before it appears on your credit card. In rare cases, it may take up to 21 days. In large part it depends on how your bank processes the credit cards and the connection between the banks.

The delivery time is accurate for the majority of cases, but cannot be guaranteed due to the probability of unexpected events (for example, natural disasters, weather conditions, holidays, situations, geopolitical in the country of dispatch, country of transit and country of destination) and other events that can disrupt the process of shipping. Please note that your order will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
